New Year!

Well yet again we are about to see the end of yet another year.

As I sit around wondering exactly where they all go and what pointless objective I will be setting myself up to fail, by about the 3rd of January. I have an epiphany, ill set myself a challange that I will actually enjoy so will therefore endevour to see it through, hopefully!

I plan to do alot more walking in the new year mainly around Snowdonia but I may stretch my legs further afield if such an opportunity arises. My walks will involve both gentle (ish) walks up nice hills through calve aching slogs and fantastic scrambles. Some walks I will do alone, others with family and on occasion a freind (when they muster enough energy to put up with me).

Thoroughly caught up in the excitement of it all I have taken a trip to Cotswold Outdoor and renewed much of my kit. This put a large grin on my face as I walk around looking like an outdoors advertisement.

My walks should start on monday the 2nd of January (the 1st would be a little to keen) and I will upload pictures aswell as the route I took. I hope that everyone who reads the blog enjoys it and it will serve me as a reminder of the walks I have done throughout the coming year.
